  1. Hello Tasher
I have been following your blog with great interest as you provide a plethora of knowledgable information for soccer players. My three boys play a high level of soccer and I started following your blog after one of my sons suffered a soccer related injury. Your blog has been very informative and always interesting. Thank you for sharing your expertise with through a public venue. I have a question about your conditioning program that you started with your soccer team (as mentioned in your "about" web page). Can you tell me if you wrote an article about the specifics of your conditioning program? My son, who was injured, suffered a pelvic stress fracture and has been nursing and rehabbing the injury for one year (it took that long for the bone to fully close up and heal. At this point, he is returning to the game that he LOVES with the help of a physical therapist and a personal trainer. However, I would like to know what type of conditioning program that you implemented with your soccer team to make them successful and relatively injury free. Is your program similar to the FIFA11 regimen? If you can share any information, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you! Soccer Mom in Seattle.
